Best Customer Service!
Ive had my cooler for a little over a year and I love it. It looks so good in my kitchen. I have kids who like to play with the controls and they happened to put it in a mode that was meant for showrooms. I messaged customer service and they responded within an hour. They immediately told me how to fix it and my unit is back up and running. Titan is a top notch company with top notch customer service.
Excellent Product and Customer Service
We have enjoyed our cooler for almost a year now and love it! We get so many compliments when we host gatherings because of how luxurious it looks. We recently reached out to Titan customer service to purchase some additional shelves and also to get a replacement owners manual and Eric was so helpful. He responded right away and we had our shelves within the week. I don’t normally leave reviews, but I felt like this cooler and Titans service were deserving.
Perfect for our needs
We’ve had this cooler for almost 6 months now and it continues to work perfect. We liked the customization abilities of the shelves and we made both sides beverage instead of one wine and one beverage. Contacting Titan customer service was quick and easy and they sent us out the additional shelves right away. Couldn’t be happier!
